For phone reservations, you may call 714-634-4500 and go through reservations. However, you must tell them prior to making your reservation that you are part of the California Art Education Association conference to receive the conference rate.
This rate will be valid on the nights of November 8, 9, 10, and 11, 2024.
Parking
Hotel overnight parking with conference hotel reservation: $20/night
Hotel day-only parking for conference attendees not staying overnight: $15/day
Day-only parking passes will be available for purchase at the conference registration desk.
Please note: if you cancel your CAEA 2024 conference registration, it does not constitute cancellation of your hotel reservation or other travel arrangements. You will need to check with the hotel concerning their cancellation policy.
