Call for Presenter Proposals: 2024 California Art Education Association State Conference

CAEA’s state conference will be held on Friday - Monday, November 8-11, 2024 at the Fera hotel - a DoubleTree by Hilton, in Anaheim, California. While this is an in-person event, there will be some virtual offerings of presentations and workshops.

Please read through the following information carefully before submitting a presentation proposal:

Guidelines for Session Proposals:
1. Proposal submissions are due May 5, 2024 at midnight PST.
2. By submitting a proposal, you agree to register for the conference and abide by all deadline requirements. Registration scholarship funding opportunities are available through the CAEA website for those who need assistance.
3. All presenters must be current NAEA members to submit proposals. If you are not sure of your membership status, or would like to join, please follow this link. Students co-presenting must be current CAEA/NAEA Preservice members.
4. Applicants will be notified of their proposal status by mid-May.
