CAEA 2025 Conferences + Events Overview
State Conferences: Every other year, CAEA hosts a multi-day State Conference, featuring a full exhibitor hall. These events typically take place in large hotel conference halls or college campuses, and are designed to accommodate 200-350 registrants. State Conferences rotate between our three regions. Registration costs typically range from $200-300.
Regional Conferences: Every other year, CAEA hosts a series of more community-focused regional conferences across the state. “Regionals” are significantly more accessible for educators unable to travel 5-10 hours across state or pay for lodging. Registration costs typically range from $40-100, and tend to attract a broader total audience.
In place of a traditional exhibition hall, exhibitors can propose sponsored workshops or set up traditional tables near our registration desk. Exhibitors receive more prominent print and digital acknowledgement across all three events.
2025 Regional Conference Schedule:
● CAEA South Regional Conference: Long Beach, Nov.8
● CAEA North Regional Conference: Sacramento, Oct.18
● CAEA Central Regional Conference: Paso Robles, TBD
