Hotel nightly conference rate: $159 plus taxes.

For phone reservations, you may call 714-634-4500 and go through reservations. However, you must tell them prior to making your reservation that you are part of the California Art Education Association conference to receive the conference rate.

This room rate will be valid on the nights of November 8, 9, 10 and 11, 2024.   The group rate will be available as well for up to 3 days before or 3 days after these event dates (based on hotel availability).   Please use the hotel link to edit your stay dates accordingly.   Rates to be available until 11:59pm, Tuesday, October 15th, or until the block is full, whichever comes first.

You are encouraged to make your reservations by that date to hold your hotel spot at the reduced rate. There is no deposit required to make a reservation, and you can cancel your reservation with no penalty up to 11:59 p.m. the day prior to your arrival.

Hotel reservation arrangements are made directly with the hotel; CAEA is not involved in processing these reservations. Should you receive any calls from other parties concerning a reservation you may have made, please contact the hotel immediately.

Please note: If a conference registration is cancelled and the registrant has also made a conference hotel reservation, it is the responsibility of the registrant to cancel the hotel reservation through the conference hotel.
