CAEA 2024 Conference Registration Information
Due to hotel space limitations, the CAEA 2024 State Conference registration will close on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to seeing you at our future events.
For those of you already registered, we look forward to seeing you in Anaheim.
The conference registration fee includes a 6% processing fee.

Conference registration includes:
• Entrance to the conference
• Entrance to all 50-minute workshops
• Entrance to the exhibitor hall
• Two complimentary beverages at the Friday evening social
• Saturday evening dinner
• Admission to keynote speaker presentations and awards ceremony
Tickets for any remaining spaces in the fee-based Artist's Studio workshops may be purchased at the time you register for the conference and will also be available for purchase at the conference. You must be registered for the conference to participate in these workshops.
Acceptable forms of payment will include credit card and checks*; purchase orders will not be accepted as payment.
*If you pay by check, your payment must be received no later than Monday, November 4, 2024.
Conference Registration Cancellation Policy
Conference registrations may be cancelled without penalty until September 15, 2024. Beginning September 16, 2024, there will be a $50 cancellation fee assessed for any registration cancellation. No cancellation refunds will be issued beginning October 15, 2024.
Please note: If a conference registration is cancelled and the registrant has also made a conference hotel reservation, it is the responsibility of the registrant to cancel the hotel reservation through the conference hotel.
